1 General Provisions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between ct999 and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the ct999 platform ("Player"). By accessing ct999 in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

1.2 ct999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of any transaction or wager is the version that governs that activity. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms should be read together with the ct999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between ct999 and the Player.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 To register and maintain a ct999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 ct999 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

2.4 Each Player may hold only one registered account on ct999. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — is a breach of these Terms. ct999 will close all duplicate accounts, and any winnings generated from duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

2.5 ct999 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify whether online betting is legally permitted in their location before registering.

3 Account Management

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ct999 username and password. ct999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.2 ct999 will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other method to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from ct999 that requests your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to ct999 support immediately.

3.3 You must notify ct999 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party. ct999 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation in such circumstances.

3.4 You are permitted to update your contact details (email address, phone number) by contacting ct999 support directly. Changes to core personal information such as your registered name or date of birth require supporting documentation and are subject to review.

3.5 ct999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the platform.

3.6 If your account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, ct999 may designate the account as dormant. Notification will be sent to your registered email address prior to any action being taken on a dormant account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 All deposits made to your ct999 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ct999 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the transaction may trigger an account review.

4.3 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. ct999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which ct999 accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. ct999 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual transfer times depend on the payment provider. bKash and Nagad payouts are typically completed within minutes following approval; bank transfer timelines may vary.

4.5 ct999 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts where KYC requirements have not been satisfied. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier.

4.6 If a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be completed in full before withdrawal of bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. Withdrawal of real-money balance is not restricted by bonus wagering requirements, but bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.2 The following general conditions apply to all ct999 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

6 Betting Rules

6.1 All sports bets placed on ct999 are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules displayed at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

6.2 Odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet confirmation is received by ct999's systems are the odds that apply to your wager. ct999 accepts no responsibility for bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors; such bets may be voided at ct999's discretion.

6.3 Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except in circumstances where ct999 explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature on the relevant market. Use of cash-out features is subject to availability and the specific cash-out terms displayed at the time of use.

6.4 In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Generally, bets on events that are abandoned before completion will be voided and stakes returned; however, specific market rules may vary.

6.5 ct999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, restrict access to certain markets for specific accounts, or decline to accept a bet entirely, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ct999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

8.2 ct999 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ct999 reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate, including but not limited to account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling period when raised.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 ct999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 11.4 ct999 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond ct999's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, internet service disruptions, force majeure events, acts of government, or third-party service provider failures.

11.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ct999's liability for death or personal injury caused by ct999's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 ct999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ct999 will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Minor or administrative changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

12.2 Your continued use of the ct999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact ct999 support to close your account and arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance.

12.3 You may close your ct999 account at any time by contacting ct999 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings not yet satisfied under applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any outstanding wagers or transactions that were placed prior to the closure request.

12.4 ct999 may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice where it has determined that you have materially breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would expose ct999 to legal, regulatory, or financial risk.

12.5 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute between a Player and ct999 should first be addressed through ct999's internal complaints process by contacting support at [email protected]. ct999 aims to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.

12.6 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
